Delete your account

In the app

  1. Open Vowly and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You're signed out and your account is deleted.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@tryvowly.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done. Send the request

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, learning progress and conversations — including the transcripts and audio of your voice messages — are deleted immediately, together with your subscription record at RevenueCat. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. Deletion can't be undone. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Have Vowly Pro? Deleting your account doesn't cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions so you aren't charged again.
